I have experience working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), struggles with self-esteem, as well as adjustment or transition issues. ![]() I do this by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approaches. I use a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed perspective to help you obtain your own goals in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I believe that you should be in the driver’s seat when it comes to your mental health. Today I am a fashion photographer based in New York City shooting for a variety of commercial, fashion and editorial clients in one of the world’s most exciting and competitive photographic markets.
